Clean Power is currently a sole proprietorship.  Frank Piotrowski is the owner of Clean Power, inventor of the Piotrowski Turbine and Clean Power Tower. Frank Piotrowski is also the project manager working on and overseeing the research and development and pre-prototype testing stage.
